Shipping & Handling
We offer a number of shipping options for you to choose from. This ranges from FREE to a number of paid options. The paid shipping includes standard shipping and FAST shipping. Free & standard shipping & delivery time ranges from 2-5 days to 14 to 21 days depending on the order, how busy we are, and your location as a customer. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to processed and shipped. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world and speed at this stage is dependent on the number of orders they have to process on any given day. Overall, all shipping is dependent on a number of factors that may or may not be within our power to control. So, please allow up to 2-5 weeks your order to reach you. Sometimes, depending on your location relative to our warehouse, your order might get to you in less 3-5 days.
Yes you can, provided your order hasn’t been shipped yet. If it has been shipped, please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised. That said, before your order is shipped, if you would like to change your shipping address, send us an email and we will try our best to help you make the necessary changes. We strive to keep our prices significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Also, our relatively cheap to free shipping means we have to use discount parcel companies that we trust will get your orders to your door as fast as possible.
Orders, Returns & Refunds
Simply find the product you want on our website and click the ‘Add To Cart’ or the “Buy Now” button. Fill in your shipping, credit card and billing information and hit confirm! Once we receive your order on our end, we’ll have it shipped to you as soon as possible!
No, you don’t. Creating an account with us, while it makes repeat shopping easier, it is not mandatory for you before you can make a purchase on our website. When shopping with us, you get to pick the option of creating an account or not before checking out.
If you’re unhappy with your order upon receiving it, simply contact us with your dispute within 30 days and we will provide you with a return address. Once your order is received & shipped, it becomes impossible to cancel it. In this case, you can choose to either keep it or return it after you receive it. On the other hand, if it hasn’t shipped yet, simply send us an email & we’ll cancel the order for you & process your refund.
You can check the status of your order by visiting our “Track My Order” page. Alternatively, we send you email updates with regards to the status of your order(s). If you haven’t received this, please send us an email & we’ll get back to you with the details as soon as possible.
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Absolutely! If you received your product and aren’t happy with it, simply send it back to us with a note or an email and we will refund your money 100%.
